If we do not have the app on the home screen, we can access TripAdvisor through the Apps menu. For now, we will open up TripAdvisor directly from the home screen by tapping the icon one time. We can scroll down and see that we are currently signed in. If we keep scrolling down, we see a green circle with an arrow pointed down inside of it with the text "Downloaded Cities" next to it.
Here, we need the green bar that says, "Download a City". We then need to enter the city that we can download. We have another icon of a green download arrow. Have in mind that some apps and games may not be available in Google Play for your country of residence.
