You can't just merge the modpack with your own mods without cleaning out the duplicates first. Removing some of your own body mods will probably render your old savedata unbootable. Read the errors from the console and try to figure which mods need to be restored.

The modpack as the name states is just an optimized Mod folder that won't fill the console with error messages when you load it. You don't have to keep all the mods if you don't want them. Look at the preview samples and keep what you need. Removing some mods may break others if they share dependencies. Any modifications you bring to the Mod folder is on you, and you are the only one to blame if you break something It really doesn't matter which AIO option you go with, but you'll have to keep in mind that: - If you go with COM Modular Installer you'll have to remove the CMI uncensor folder or you'll end up with duplicates and broken uncensor.
CMI only adds machine translation. All these issues could have been easily avoided if people would actually read the pastebin documentation before crying on discord. That being said it is up to you to decide what's best for you.
